How long does it take to hear back from support?

It usually takes between one and three business days.

Our team is still very small, and we do our best to respond as soon as possible!

Please note that right now we do not offer support over the weekend. If you have contacted us Friday after 5:30 pm, you'll most likely get a reply by Monday or Tuesday depending on the volume we receive.
